SINGLE USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Before using Astroplanets Screen Saver make sure you read and accept the License Agreement. If you disagree with the License Agreement do not use the software.

While to our best knowledge the software enclosed is bug free, no warranty, either expressed or implied, is made regarding the performance or fitness for any particular purpose of the computer program.
This software is provided "AS IS", and you, its user, assume the entire risk as to its quality and performance.
You use it at your own risk. David Veatch will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

This product and/or license is provided as is, without any
representation or warranty of any kind, either express or
implied, including without limitation any representations or
endorsements regarding the use of, the results of, or
performance of the product, its appropriateness, accuracy,
reliability, or correctness. The user and/or licensee assume
the entire risk as to the use of this product. David R. Veatch does
not assume liability for the use of this product beyond the
original purchase price of the software. In no event will
David R. Veatch be liable for additional direct or indirect damages
including any loss of profits or other incidental or
consequential damages arising from any defects, or the use
or inability to use the software, even if David R. Veatch has
been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Single user license entitles you to install the full-version (purchased version) of Astroplanets Screen Saver
on up to 1 (one) machine. You can install it on a new computer as long as there is no possibility of more than 1 (one) user concurrently accessing the software.

Distributing, repackaging, modifying or reselling of the full(purchased) version of Astroplanets to third parties is not allowed.

You are hereby licensed to make any number of backup copies of the free(demo) version of Astroplanets. You can give the copy of the free-version of this software to anyone or distribute the freeware(demo) version of the software providing that no additional fee is charged and the package files are not modified in any way.

All copyrights to Astroplanets Screen Saver are exclusively owned by the author - David R. Veatch

Installing and using Astroplanets Screen Saver signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
